Mark serves as the Lead Pastor of Radiance East Bay. After graduating from Talbot Theological Seminary, God has used him to start several churches in the AMI community over the last 20 years. His passion is to see healthy churches being planted and to see the next generation of leaders equipped for the building up of the body of Christ. Mark’s greatest joy and prayer is to see people encounter the presence of God and to see their lives transformed. During his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and following the Bay Area sports teams. Mark, along with wife Mira, currently live in San Francisco and have two children, Jeremiah and Carissa.
Mira serves as the Director of Ministries of Radiance East Bay. Raised in San Diego for 25 years and born into a Christian household, Mira encountered the love of the Father in her mid twenties as she began to understand her calling as a pastor’s wife. Through that difficult time, God began to heal and restore her view of faith and gave her a newfound confidence as His beloved daughter. Since then, she began to minister and empower others to live out their identity as God’s children and walk in their callings. She has a passion to lead others while helping in the area of spiritual healing and wholeness. Mira also feels led to encourage, guide, and equip others in different ministries within the church to help set a healthy church culture as she leads with hospitality in mind wherever she goes. In her free time, she loves to travel, spend quality time with her family, and find the newest cafes and restaurants to try.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Mina grew up in the church but rejected Christianity early in her youth. However, the Lord faithfully pursued her. During her undergraduate years at UC Santa Cruz, Mina found her way to a campus ministry, SOON Movement Global. God broke her disbelief during a large group meeting, and gave her life to Christ. After graduating, Mina entered the political and nonprofit space hoping to create social change that could transform people's lives. In the midst of her career, God revealed that transformation can only be found in the restorative power of the gospel. While working for a domestic and sexual violence prevention nonprofit, God opened a door for her to serve in ministry. Mina has a heart for people to passionately desire Christ. In her free time, she loves baking, visiting cute cafes, and playing video games.
Jeff serves as a Pastoral Intern at Radiance East Bay. He grew up non-religious, but began to explore faith in college. In His timing and out of His grace, Jeff came to accept Jesus as his Lord and Savior in college, and has stayed post-college in the Bay Area serving as a lay minister to college students and young adults. In 2023, after a season of rest and restoration, Jeff unexpectedly started a ministry internship at Radiance SF, and was subsequently sent along with P.Mark and Mira to plant Radiance East Bay in 2025. Then, sensing the call into pastoral ministry, he took a step of faith after a year of discernment and started his pastoral internship in Jan 2026. Jeff is pursuing his MDiv at Gordon-Conwell, which is undoubtedly the best seminary in the world. He loves nutrition, fitness, worship, connecting over coffee, and emergency medicine.
Joe serves as a Ministry Intern at Radiance East Bay, overseeing the College Ministry. He grew up in a pastor’s family in the Chicago suburbs, experiencing ups and downs in his faith and struggling to trust in God’s sovereignty. In college, God transformed his life, renewing his faith and showing him that his aspirations of being a rich investment banker were futile in light of His Kingdom. God gave Joe a heart for church-planting and a passion to reach the next generation of college students. After exploring careers in advertising and software engineering, Joe left the corporate world to pursue his calling in ministry. He is currently pursuing an MDiv at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. In his free time, Joe enjoys sports and music, faithfully cheering for UMich (Go Blue!) and his hometown Chicago teams.
